1. You get 1 year of free software updates and free technical support, 

  • Conditions for license reset for license transfer to new system / server changes:   
    • License reset can be done up to 2 times/year.
    • Proof / documents for license reset: System logs, proof of hardware failure, signed Software Removal Form, and a VoIP/physical visit for audit if needed. 

2. After 1 year, the software will stop working unless you renew the subscription. 

  • Renewal requires paying the current cost of a new license.
