How to recover a drawing file in nanoCAD

Sometime while working with old files created in other CAD software, you can face message asking you to recover the drawing file. Click 'Yes' to start recovery.

If you want to create a log file of your recovery process select 'Y' for yes. Otherwise you can continue with the default No.

A window to save the file will open. Please enter a new name to save the file, like for H-3167.dwg drawing file we have entered H-3167 _r.dwg for the recovered file.

Now open the recovered file to continue with editing. This is necessary as the opened file most of the time fail to overwrite with the recovered file.
